Our services are designed to help you with a range of needs. We offer assistance with major to minor subdivision plans. We review subdivision plats, development plans and administer map amendments for zoning changes. 911 addressing, and variance requests are also part of our services.

The Scottsville-Allen County Planning Commission consist of six board members. Your board members are appointed by Mayor David Burch and County Judge Executive Dennis Harper. The commission is dedicated to maintaining Scottsville-Allen County as an excellent place to live, conduct business, and nurture a family.
